Unsubstantiated medical and drug advertising that does not conform to FDA guidelines, endorses off label or “not generally accepted” application as determined by Hollywood Gym, Inc. Mail order and direct response ads without a money back guarantee. Advertising deemed as indecent and/or not meeting standards of good taste by Hollywood Gym, Inc., Advertisements not consistent with either the editorial or graphic integrity of the company. Claims for ads, products and services must adhere to FTC and FDA guidelines and be substantiated by documentation acceptable to these federal governing bodies(including publishers right of approval). Advertisers must acknowledge and satisfy consumer complaints within a reasonable period of time. All products and services advertised must comply with respective industry safety standards. If no such standard exists, Hollywood Gym, Inc. may exercise its judgment regarding the safety of the advertised products and/or services. When appropriate, warning labels should be prominently displayed in the ads and/or products, so that the consumer may be aware of any potential dangers associated with that product or service.
